The crowd was more than a little light........But, honestly......I think it was their best show yet!!!!!!!

This may be the next up and coming band through Charlotte.   They just got a big booking Agent too.........so we need to keep our eyes open for these guys for sure!!!!!

Wow you guys were so right!  I'm glad I went to the Tiger last night.  The Mumbles were phenomenal, and Moon Taxi was amazing as well!  I'll definitely be going to see them again.
Thanks for the heads up everybody!

I went last night too and I agree, the guys definitely rocked it out again.  My only complaint is that their set wasn't long enough!  So much music, so little time...

gratefulgirl77, I live in G'boro too.  Maybe I'll run into you at a show around town some time.

Hey cool!  I agree Maggie, the set was just not quite long enough. I kept having to pick my jaw up off the floor.  Did you get to see the Mumbles too?  Wow.
It would be great to hang at a show sometime.  My name's Carrie, and I'm addicted to good music. music

yeah The Mumbles are very cool. I think Jaybird is good friends with them. We were really blown away when they put a hurtin' on the DD stage the first time we had them. She's a bundle of wow

Yea they definitely blew me away...
Are you talking about Jaybird on here or Jaybird that plays keys from the 'boro?
Anyhow I thought that was funny since the guy on keys so reminded me of Jay.
But, what do you mean, 'she's a bundle of wow'...I saw no 'she'.  The Mumbles consisted of the duo, a drummer & keyboardist/melodicist (sp?).  They both sang, and the keyboardist was playing bass on one keyboard with his left hand, while playing melody with his right on another keyboard AND playing a melodica somehow simultaneously!
(Btw if it were not for Keefa schooling me I would have no idea that contraption was called a 'melodica').

AWWW!  Thanks for the love Chris!! happy dance ahhhh...booking, those were the good ol' days!! haha!

The Mumbles are great, and they're great people too!! Meredith Claire is the singer that tours with them sometimes - she really is incredible! She is traveling the globe as of late for some new inspiration....But Ethan (drums) and Keith (everything else) make so much incredible sound with just the 2 of them, it's unbelievable sometimes!!
