Defying traditional genres of music, Sci Fi incorporates elements of jazz, funk, dub, blues, house, latin, and others to supply steady intricate melodies that, quite frankly, will make you want to dance. Without musical boundaries, the versatility of this band allows them to design sets that can accompany many types of venues. From live music halls to house parties to jazz restaurants they can do it all. These guys rely heavily on being in the moment to provide fuel for their highly improvisational styles, and have a truly symbiotic relationship with fans, exchanging energy and feeding off one another during shows. They have been fortunate enough to have shared the stage with such bands as Karl Denson's Tiny Universe, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Brother's Past, Benny Hill, Bobby Russell, DJ Willams Projekt, Dubconscious, Yo Mama's Big Fat Booty Band, Barefoot Manner, The Bridge, Bomb Squad, and many more.

Hell yeah this is gonna be a fun night!  The last time we had Sci-Fi in the house we had JP and Candy hooping in The Double Door Inn!

Kind of wondering where the band has been lately... They pretty much disappeared after I searched down their Loki set and had it uploaded for them...

Let me be the first to say that if they bring half of what they brought to the Loki late night stage... we'll be talking about this show for some time

I am really looking forward to this one......It is going to be nice to see what kind of surprises they pull out.   It will be the 1st time they have come through on their own.   Should be really great night.  I am sure the hula girls and glow sticks will be plentiful for this one.

All of these artists doing these interviews online!!!!!!!   This is so cool to be able to talk with all of these bands like this.   Makes you feel just a little closer to them!!!!!!

can't believe they shared the stage with Dubconscious a very close band and friends dear to me... so awesome, would love to hear that show! wonderin when and where anyone know? oh and the interview was great just finished reading it.. let the countdown begin!
